3. Third-Party Cookies
Our website may use limited third-party analytics services that set their own cookies. We do not currently use named third-party analytics tools. When any such tool is introduced, this policy will be updated to name each provider, the data shared, and the retention period. We do not permit third-party advertising networks to set cookies on our website.
4. Cookie Consent and CASL Compliance
Under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) s.8, non-essential cookies require express consent before installation. When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner will be displayed. Non-essential cookies are installed only after you provide express consent. Your consent preferences are stored for 365 days and can be updated at any time by clicking Cookie Preferences in the footer. Consent records are retained by Wellovis for audit purposes.
5. Managing Your Preferences
You can manage cookies directly in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect website functionality. Disabling other categories will not affect your access to the Wellovis platform.
6. The Wellovis Platform (Logged-In)
Once logged in, the Wellovis platform uses strictly necessary cookies only: authentication tokens, CSRF security tokens, and temporary session data. No analytics, marketing, or preference cookies are used within the authenticated platform.
